Leaders Unite Others

One can never be considered a leader if he is a disruptive energy that pits one member or collection against another, and polarizes issues by avoiding personal responsibility and assigning blame instead. One can only be a fair leader if he is a unifying energy, bringing the interests of many different factions together, addressing the needs of each faction, as well as the organization as a whole. There are many aspects to be a unifying leader.
