The GROW Imitation (Goals, Reality, Options, Path Forward) and The Transtheoretical Imitation of Behaviour Alter are 2 very common and successful models used in Lifetime and Executive Coaching frameworks and in behaviour alter interventions generally. This article explores their utility and how they can be applied to Rage Management counselling sessions.
