Overcoming ‘Negative’ Emotions

Ever been frustrated? Ever been mad? Ever been depressed? All of these stem from perceiving a gap between where You are and where You desire to be. Ever felt these emotions stacked on top of each other? For example have You ever felt lonely and then felt depressed since You’re lonely? Or felt frustrated since You’re mad? Immediately You’re perceiving a gap between how You feel and how You desire to feel. However things commence to get really nasty when You choose that these layers of feeling are terrible. Since immediately, not only do You feel mad about something, frustrated about your rage, and hopeless about your frustration (for example) however immediately You feel terrible. And in this state of being, You don’t know why or what exactly You’re feeling, You just know that You don’t feel excellent. You have lost objectivity.
