The Myth of L-Carnitine

For the longest age, l-carnitine was one of my most promoted and recommended supplements for aiding in stout loss. I have used it for every bodybuilding contest I prepared for, and I was much plotting on making a stimulant-autonomous of charge stout loss supplement in which l-carnitine was the foundation. In my first textbook, I clarified how much I liked this supplement and how excellent I though it was (and this is the only supplement that I have changed my intellect about for my second edition).
